How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Statsconcerns Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Statsconcerns Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Please know that Statsconcerns Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@statsconcerns.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
